24.04.20 – YouTube

Hi everyone! How are you getting on during this lockdown? I’m sure you all now have a routine but if you are still working, you lot are lucky because you’re busy.

I’ve been working more on my YouTube channel (Olivia’s Liver), so please check out my latest video: Tips on How to Avoid Catching COVID -19 😷 Please Subscribe so you don’t miss out on any videos.

If there is any particular content you’d like me to film then please let me know. You can either comment on here or on YouTube.

I went on a bike ride with my dad today. We rode just under 10 miles which is alright considering I haven’t ridden a bike for a few years. The roads are pretty quiet so it’s much safer to ride. I don’t think I could ever cycle at home in Birmingham. There are too many cars about. I’d feel on edge all the time. Ahhh. I don’t know how people do it 🤷🏻‍♀️.

I’ve actually been keeping myself pretty busy as I’ve got a few things going on at the same time such as: YouTube, blogging, exercising, crochet, studying for work, cooking and baking.

Please share what you’ve been up to as I’d love to know. 😘

  1. I can almost smell your cookies. Looks delicious. I am glad your finding time to do things you enjoy. Sometimes these days are a blessing in disguise. Gives us time to do what we like, the basic things that don’t cost much be creates memories we will cherish forever. I work for a technology company, Bell, so I work from home. It keeps me busy as you know EVERYONE needs a connection in these times. So it makes my day go by quick. I used to go to the YMCA everyday after work. Have been since 9 months after my operation. It helped build strength both physically and mentally. I miss that more than mos things. I still do some exercise videos they post online but it is not that same without the atmosphere and people. I suppose we will get back as time permits. A lot of Netflix in the evenings. The interesting movies got all viewed too early. OK take care and be safe.

    1. Wow you are keeping occupied. It’s great that you are still working. I agree that it’s been a blessing in disguise because we’ve been able to think about things we take for granted and focused on health, physical and mental. Yes it’s not been easy with my struggles with mental health but I think I’ve been alright considering how much life has changed.
I love workout videos because they really keep me motivated especially if Im following a challenge or when I feel or see results. I’m a bit of a gym freak so I like to work out whenever I feel well enough and pain free, which isn’t very often I have to say, but I’ve been able to understand my limits and so just doing body weight exercises and avoiding too much abdominal work. I haven’t watched any Netflix! I can’t believe it! It’s just been mum and dads choices, BBC News or Gardeners world 😴😂. I’ve actually forgotten that other TV exists 🤣.
Thanks for the message and always supporting my blogging. I really do appreciate it.
Stay safe. Take care yourself 😊
