Hello again!

So its been nearly 2 months since I’ve written a blog and a lot has changed.
First of all, I’m doing pretty well.
I’m fit and healthy, gained weight and joined a gym.

I’m also now allowed to travel to Torquay every so often which I never thought I’d get the chance to do until after the transplant.
The first weekend I was allowed to travel up there, I visited colleagues at work. It was so nice to see everyone and it was great for them to see me looking so well and not in a hospital bed.

I keep as busy as I can to stop myself from thinking about how long I’m going to have to wait. It does help to blog though which Is why I wanted to start focusing on it again. It makes it easier to cope with what’s yet to happen, plus ill be able to look back on it in the future. Hopefully others who may be going through a similar thing will find comfort from reading it.

Today I didn’t bother with the gym, I just thought I’d get some all important jobs done such as cleaning and tidying my room, washing clothes, putting them away and hanging up photos. I feel a bit more organised than before.

This weekend,  Mark is travelling up to see me. We try and see each other every week. It’s been hard living so far away from each other but we are coping well. 🙂

  1. Glad you’re feeling well liv!
I can imagine that this is a long road for you but as you say you’re keeping busy to keep the time going. Your call will come when you least expect it, and I hope you get that surprise very soon! Then you can just get on with your life xxx
